Kairos is a retreat program for high school seniors (17-18 year olds) that is conducted in many high schools, Carmelite and otherwise. At Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, Arizona, where I used to work, each leader (student or teacher) chooses a poster which relates somehow to the talk they are giving, and they display that poster on the front of the podium during their talk. Several years ago, I became tired of the same old posters, and decided I could make some better ones myself. That is the genesis of these pictures. They are pictures that I have taken and added words to, then enlarged into posters which are laminated and used on Kairos. The pictures are all mine. Mostly the words are mine, although some of the phrases have been contributed by students who suggested them through their talks. --Glenn Snow
